| SF-2 边界润滑轴承 SF-2MARGINALLY LUBRICATED BEARINGS |

材料组织
1. POM 0.30-0.50mm改性聚甲醛, 具有很高的耐磨性能,甚至在
瞬间缺油的情况下也具有较低的磨擦系数。轴承表面有排布规律
的带有螺旋角度的储油坑,装配时,必须涂满润滑油脂。
2. 铜粉层0.2~0.35mm,具有很好的承载能力和耐磨性,良好的
导热性能可及时转移轴承运作过程中产生的热量。复合材料可渗
入到铜粉球的间隙中,提高了结合强度。
3. 低炭钢,提高轴承的承载能力和热转移作用。
4. 铜/锡电镀层0.002mm,使轴承有很好的耐腐蚀功能。
STRUCTURE
1. POM 0.30~0.50mm, has high wear resistance and low friction even only minute quantities of lubricant are supplied, this bearing surface carries a pattern of circular indents which should be filled with grease on assembly of the bearing.
2. Sintered bronze power 0.20-0.35mm, provides max. thermal conductivity away from the bearing surface, also serves as a reservoir for the resin mixture.
3. Low-carbon steel, gives exceptionally high load carrying capacity, excellent heat dissipation.
4. Copper plating 0.002mm, good corrosion resistance. |

| 应用特点 |
特别适用于高载低速下的旋转运动,摇摆运动以及经常在载荷下启闭而不易形成流体
润滑的部位;在边界润滑条件下可以长期使用而不用加油保养,而过程中加油可使轴承的
使用寿命得以更多的延长;其表面的塑料层在轴套成型加工时可留有一定的余量,压入开
孔后可自行加工,以达到更好的装配尺寸。
目前主要运用于冶金机械、矿山机械、水利机械、汽车底盘、建筑机械、农用机械、
